EG6599+EG4328 Lead-acid Battery (60V12A) Solution

The LLC half bridge resonant power supply scheme based on EG6599 and EG4328 chips, with an input voltage of AC 220 ± 10%, can achieve intelligent charging management of 60V12A lead-acid batteries (also customizable as lithium batteries), with multiple protection functions, charging status indication, and heat dissipation design. The circuit parameters are set in a specific way, suitable for the charging field of electric tricycles and four-wheel vehicles.

EG1654+EG6599S-36V400W Solution

EG1654 is used as the PFC controller, and EG6599S is used as the LLC controller. After full bridge rectification, the input voltage is boosted to 390V through EG1654, and then converted to 36V DC voltage output through half bridge LLC topology. Under full load conditions, the overall system efficiency is 93% for 220V AC input and 90% for 110V AC input. In addition, this design also has multiple built-in protection functions, including output overcurrent and short circuit protection.
