Push - pull boost inverter control chip
The EG1601 chip is a control chip specifically designed for the pre stage push-pull boost of inverters. It provides protection against battery undervoltage and overvoltage shutdown, undervoltage buzzing, and overcurrent shutdown, and outputs 10K-150KHz PWM signals in two push-pull modes. The voltage feedback adopts a shallow closed-loop stabilization mode, which can achieve maximum voltage limitation and prevent the phenomenon of MOS transistor burning due to high voltage during no-load operation. At the same time, it saves the filtering inductance of the transformer output, reduces overall cost and PCB space. The chip is equipped with UART serial communication function, allowing users to set configuration parameters and read the operating status and related data of the inverter through the serial port. Using TSSOP20 packaging, only a small number of peripheral devices are needed to achieve the front-end boost function of the inverter, which is very suitable for miniaturization and simplified design.
