It is a high-performance controller applied in half bridge topology, such as series resonance, parallel resonance, and LLC resonance controllers. It integrates a 650V half bridge driver with fewer peripheral components, simplifying the layout. Adopting a unique architecture, including a maximum 500kHz voltage controlled oscillator with flexible control modes, it can achieve reliable and stable resonant mode power supply. It has complete protection functions and can be configured to apply to a wider range of applications, including overcurrent protection self recovery, undervoltage protection, soft start, optocoupler open circuit and short circuit protection functions. It can also be configured with dead time to prevent the upper and lower bridge MOSFETs from conducting simultaneously, suitable for different power occasions
